It's a parameter for the curl tool.

So your command could look like this.

```
curl.exe -k -S https://finanzonline.bmf.gv.at/fonws/ws/session -H
"Content-Type: text/xml;charset=UTF-8" -H "SOAPAction: login" -d
_at_login.xml --libcurl libcurl.c
```

I strongly recommend to read the documentation of the curl tool for the
explanation what this parameter do.
