If you run out of ideas you could try an even older curl version. I've
run into an issue ( https://curl.se/mail/lib-2022-11/0049.html ) where I
got problems with SSL after updating, but have no issues at all with the
older version. Since I'm (at least almost) alone having that issue I
think it must be me doing something weird.. So I just run the older
version until I get time to dig into it again.
