Anyone still using NTLM_WB ?

Hello,

Is there anyone here that uses the NTLM_WB support in libcurl? That's NTLM
auth powered by a separate tool, the winbind's ntlm_auth helper.

The implementation was always quirky and I'm thinking now might be the time to
consider deprecating it.
