Is there --enable-headers-api for Windows?

Hi,

I just discovered I rebuild curl without new headers API.

So now I have to rebuild with added:

 --enable-headers-api

To the configure call.

But for Windows I don't see such a thing. Like where USE_HEADERS_API would be set!?
