I had actually expected something from Moz - as that was also an old memory, but that was not the most prominent result returned via google.
Perhaps yet another argument (nail in the coffin) for the lack of documentation (presence).

Sorry. NSS in this context is Network Security Services. A TLS library maintained by Mozilla:
