Are you asking if we will make a separate release with this fix ?
If so: no, I haven't felt that the problem is at that level. The fix is merged
into git [1] and if you need it you can easily cherry-pick it to fix your
build.
(That fix did *not* fix issue #8229 although the commit message mistakenly
claims so.)
