THe mailing lists glitched

Hey all,

I messed up the other day, and this mistake killed all the mailing lists on
the lists.haxx.se server. See https://github.com/curl/curl/issues/8073

If you see this mail, the service is at least partially restored. I'll keep
working on it until all things run like normal again.
