I'm only talking about adopting into a repository in the curl project.
Of course the discussion about exactly what it should do, if it should remain
a script or be writtein in C, if it should do other wget like features etc
should continue. I don't think its future is decided and I don't mean to
second-guess it either.
I predict that it is a discussion that can continue for a long time forward.
