Hello,
It struck me that the curl tool does not provide options for using the Windows
CA store when built to use OpenSSL, even though libcurl has had that ability a
while already.
I propose we add --ca-native and --proxy-ca-native for this purpose. For curl
on Windows using OpenSSL.
I'll of course appreciate comments but also initial testing, as I don't run
