Did you build curl yourself while you were in the previous ubuntu
release? Ubuntu 22.04 ships openldap 2.5, not 2.4.

If not, then you likely didn't upgrade curl during this upgrade,
perhaps something failed. In Ubuntu 22.04, you should have curl
7.81.0-1ubuntu1.7
