So this works in powershell (I just tested):

  curl -d `_at_filename https://urldefense.com/v3/__http://example.com__;!!AaIhyw!8ccuBLtdJ07Pk-sXsEU7zDFJlIzPRQHHdDd6z6hLhU8LIpHTVqcNBzHikibqHDmWtgsK1g$
