It is in the sense that we extract the data from a fixed URL and that URL is
in the 'mozilla-release' branch. So the data needs to get merged in there
first to appear in our bundle.

Right, so if you know that there are pending CA store changes coming in a
particular release, they should be reflected on the caextract page not too
long after.
