Is this perhaps because you don't follow directs so you're now downloading the
301 page? Since about Februrary 1st 2021, all accesses to curl.haxx.se are
redirected to curl.se. Prior to that date, there was an exception for
downloads that I added when the site moved to curl.se back in November 2020.
I get the 548fe1686d01 checksum both on the actual origin server as well as
when I just downloaded it from the site (using curl).
