A challenge with that is of course what to do with that information. I'm sure
there will be a small amount of users saying they build curl without TLS.
Do they matter? Do they do that because they NEED to or just because they can?
How many users do we require to consider them important? What if the only user
responding is responsible for a curl install running in billion systems? Not
to mention that the survay is not reaching a particularly large amount of curl
users to start with.
Meaning we are back to discussing this here and making decisions based on what
we believe is the right thing...
