In looking through the codebase, I couldn't find any current uses of
`Curl_ssl_md5sum`. According to `git log -G Curl_ssl_md5sum`, it looks like
the last caller (NTLM auth) was removed in February of last year:
https://github.com/curl/curl/pull/4967.
Is my understanding accurate? Can we get rid of this function, and the
corresponding `md5sum` field of the `Curl_ssl` struct?
Thanks,
Jacob
