I've not seen that and I don't know what could cause it. The certs (for
curl.se and www.curl.se at least) are Let's Encrypt ones and the TLS handshake
is done entirely by Fastly servers out of my control.

I will never quite understand Content-Security-Policy but I think I managed to
fix that quirk.
