openssl 1.1.1 support in 7.62.0?? If yes

./configure --with-ssl=/apps/software/OpenSSL/

I tried to give this path for openssl1.1.1g, but while configuring
curl give error
"libcurl one or more libs available at link-time are not available
run-time libssl"

can you help me in this.

I have openssl1.0.2k also installed in "/lib/"as default by redhat
