I find the [fcitx5-pinyin-zhwiki](https://github.com/felixonmars/fcitx5-pinyin-zhwiki)
invokes curl as the following:
$ curl -fRL -o zhwiki.dict.yaml -z zhwiki.dict.yaml
https://github.com/felixonmars/fcitx5-pinyin-zhwiki/releases/download/0.2.1/zhwiki-20201120.dict.yaml
Even I've inspected for the manual of curl, I'm still confused on the
usage of the options -R/-z here. Any hints will be highly appreciated.
