1 - distro meeting 2026. It has been poductive in the past, let's do one
again. I figure we can do it easy and just use our standard Monday meeting
time one week for this. 17:30 CET, 16:30 UTC, 9:30 PST (US pacific), 11:30
(EST) (US east coast).
2 - curl up 2026. We need to decide on a city and a weekend to do it.
Preferably we pick a European captial where one of us can arrange the
necessary stuff on site.
