Oh, that's an excellent point! Thanks, I hadn't considered that angle.
Yeah, we wouldn't want to rock that boat too much. aws-lc has sailed up as the
best performing OpenSSL forks while also shipping modern features fast.
If keeping aws-lc support means we also keep OpenSSL 1.1 support then I figure
we do that.
