Some of the Privoxy tests require a fixed listening port
for the test servers to work.
Previously listening port randomisation was disabled
by injecting a module [0] into runtests.pl that overrides
startnew().
After d39db811929f moved startnew() into servers.pm
this unfortunately no longer works.
Any ideas on how to best achieve the desired effect now?
