All the big CDNs also support it, and quite a lot of sites sit behind those,
including https://curl.se and https://everything.curl.dev etc. So lots of
sites users access with curl *can* be accessed with HTTP/3 if you just try it.

Lower latency is the primary reason I think, and for many use cases it is not
a very strong reason.
