Shelly is a developer/hobbyist-friendly company. They do deliver to Sweden.
Here's an example of a wifi-enabled 16A switch
<https://www.shelly.com/products/shelly-plus-1pm>. You would need to wire
it inside an outdoor-rated junction box I suppose.
If you do a web search for "shelly switch curl" you'll find many example
command-lines and forums where you could ask further questions. The
Shelly switch
API documentation
<https://shelly-api-docs.shelly.cloud/gen2/ComponentsAndServices/Switch> also
lists an example Curl request for each method.
