• Added SSL / SSLeay support (https://)
• Added the -T usage for HTTP POST

Bugfixes:

• Bugfixed the SSL implementation
• Made -P a lot better to use other IP addresses
• The Makefile is now ready to compile for solaris, sunos4 and linux right out of the box
• Better generated version string seen with 'curl -V'
