yes, I agree with you - it is very likely that this problem will be in
7.39.0 too. The reason why I decided to wait is that - firstly, there are
many things changing between 7.38.0 and 7.39.0 inside Curl and at the same
time I am also changing many things myself. that is why I decided to do
this in stages. so that first I am sure all my changes are right. and then
try to debug new Curl (if necessary).
