Okay! I've created a patch for curl that adds support for loading PKCS#12 files in the curl_darwinssl code. I tried it out with a test P12 file I made in Keychain Access, and it seems to work for me. Please try this out against the latest code in the trunk (or the 7.32.0 code; as of this writing no one has changed curl_darwinssl.c since its release) and let me know if it works for you.
