Ok, this is only one small UDF for MySQL so far, but it works, and more
to come depending on how much spare time I have (hah!).

Here's proof it actually does something:

Yes, this is a very simple, proof of concept project. I'd like to really
flesh this code out - flesh out http_get() as well as add more
functions. At least it is a start!
