At least I've never heard of any such work.

Just let us know if there are any particular details that seem unclear or so
and I'm sure we can produce some answers and help, even if we don't have any
actual PalmOS devices or development environments.

I'm also interested in getting your patches etc for this to make future
libcurl versions build on PalmOS out-of-the-box.
