Looks like you are right - lines 6711-6721 of configure check
for libintl.h, but "yes" or "no", the file still gets #inc'd

There is a brief note at the bottom of the man page. Possibly you
could just add ftps to the SCHEMES file, or use uri_scheme_http.c
as a starting point if there are any major differences.

Yes, it would be nice to have a list of links to "related"
software, uri-url / html / ftp-list parsers, coffee-makers, etc..
even if it was just a plain-text file.
