I moved that line as mentioned in the available 7.6-pre4 pre-release package.

Ah, well then let's hope my fix corrects this problem and that TWW is quick
to release binaries of the upcoming curl 7.6 :-). I plan to release 7.6 this
weekend or early next week.

Actually, curl should build without a single gnu tool present...
