Server version: Apache/2.0.58
curl 7.10.6 (i386-redhat-linux-gnu) libcurl/7.10.6 OpenSSL/0.9.7a ipv6
zlib/1.1.4
Nusoap 0.7.2

I do the project that it is communication with the two webservice by
nusoap's XML.
It always spend 1s from apache to remote apache .
But Sometimes It spend 25s.
