Building curl on Windows with MinGW32

The docs/INSTALL file contains specific instructions for building with
MinGW32.
1) Is it wrong to run ./configure;make; make install? It works for me.
2) If you build using the `mingw32-make mingw32-feature1-feature2-...'
method,
how do you `make check'?
3) If you want to build curl with the maximum number of features on Windows,
which configure or feature1-feature2 options should you select?
