It seems that if you look at the version information you sent you 'll see
that libcurl was not built to support http2.
the man page specifies this:

-http2 (HTTP) Tells curl to issue its requests using HTTP 2. This requires
that the under-

              lying libcurl was built to support it. (Added in 7.33.0)
