OpenVMS Curl with SFTP support

I have successfully installed curl 7.19.6 on OpenVMS 8.3 with the
(alpha-dec-vms kit) from John Malmberg from the official curl download page.
Alas, SFTP is not amongst the supported protocols.
Does anybody know about a build available which includes SFTP?
