I am currently running the following. I had to compile it all from source. It works great! I ran into a few snags, but I was able to make it work. FYI, I am not a programmer.
C:\>curl -V
curl 7.17.1 (i686-pc-mingw32) libcurl/7.17.1 OpenSSL/0.9.8g zlib/1.2.3 libssh2/0.19.0-20071119
Protocols: tftp ftp telnet dict ldap http file https ftps scp sftp
Features: Largefile NTLM SSL libz
