I'm having trouble repeating this at will. I saw it happen once yesterday, but
then I think it was some kind of Makefile screw-up, as when I first did:
./configure
make
make test
It failed to start the HTTP server immediately on test 1. But when I then did:
cd tests
make
./runtests.pl
It did build a lot of stuff again and then the tests ran fine. All of them.
Today, I wanted to repeat the problem again to see what I can do to fix it, so
I removed all traces of the build from yesterday, unpacked a fresh tarball,
ran configure and make, but to my surprise 'make test' worked fine this time!
Can you repeat this problem on demand?
