Hi Marty,

Thank you for your quick response.

After editing out some extraneous characters in build_vms script, I could
get it to
run but it does not find ssl header files. I extracted all files from
CURL-7_10_3-VMS.ZIP
and SOURCE_CURL_7_10_3.ZIP, but it looks like ssl headers are not there
under
the top-level directory.

My compiler and OpenVMS versions are: Compaq C V6.4-008 on OpenVMS Alpha
V7.3-1.
