Summary: curl 1.8.1 cannot D/L file correctly

Initial Comment:
Dear Sir,
     I use curl 1.8.1 win32 port to download the
following file using my Windows 98 SE PC.

http://www.trend.com.tw/System/DownloadDirect.asp?
Site=3&Url=/pub/download/Pattern/LPT$246.exe

When I invoke "curl -R -O
http://www.trend.com.tw/System/DownloadDirect.asp?
Site=3&Url=/pub/download/Pattern/LPT$246.exe", it
downloaded only 209 bytes instead of 2,527,188 bytes.

     It seems that curl cannot correctly handle the
URLs containing CGI/ASP.
