I'll have to start keeping a list soon, with known bugs I can't fix since I
don't have access to the particular hardware or software needed to make them
appear.

The new item for this list is labeled "curl_formadd doesn't work on OSF1" and

The function seems to work on all other platforms. I'm sure there's something
silly that makes this happen, but I need help to figure it out.
