Although they have a US trademark, they don't have a "varumärke" in Sweden,
where this project is based. Trademarks are still country-specific. (Go here
to search for swedish varumärken: http://www.prv.se/varumarke/reg_sok/sok.asp)

Also, as Daniel says, they've had the trademark for 3 years and ignored our
"violation" the whole time, so any claim from them now would be pretty weak.
Besides, nothing indicates they intend to take any kind of action anyway.

Just because it's posted on slashdot (again) doesn't mean anything has
changed. Let's not get worried for nothing.
