Since June 1st, the axTLS backend doesn't build anymore due to added #error
statements: https://github.com/curl/curl/commit/9f89cd5ae4960b7f

This should make people aware of the situation and possibly trigger further
discussion/complaints etc.

If nothing special pops up, I plan to proceed and completely remove all axTLS
related code from curl on December 1st, exactly six months after this commit.

(I'm fully aware that some people with 7 year update cycles might still come
here in 2022 and ask angrily where the axTLS support is, but I think a six
month pre-alert period is enough.)
