Thanks, Daniel, as the copyright holder of this library, you have the right to
decide what to do. I am just someone who discovers the fact of license issue
and report to the copyright owner.

I also download the application which fails to comply with your license from
the public domain. The only advantage which I have is that I live in the same
country as the company of this application. If there is anything I can do, feel
free to post in this mailing list.

Now the question is, will you contact with the company of this application to
negotiate the license issue? They are one of the main competitors in
my country,
becoming a big company. I'm very sorry that such big company still have this
license issue, but it is the fact. If you have some relationship in
China, it is not
very difficult to find them.
