Hey,
the correct value is:
"file://<hostname>/w:/general/lib/curl/unittest/test_xml.xml" where
<hostname> can either be "localhost", "120.0.0.1" or "" (empty string).
Which then produces: "file:///w:/[...]"

But as everyone on Windows seems to use the incorrect version with just
two slashes, support for this was brought back.

So curl 7.52.1 works with the correct URL: "file:///w:/[...]" and curl
7.53 will also work with the "file://w:/[...]" version with two slashes.
