Fine with me. I always use the winbuild method. The PHP devs do the

The makefiles in winbuild/ lack one thing: there is no config option to
add nghttp2. At every new release I always edit the makefile to include
this (for HTTP2 support in PHP 7.0 and 7.1). When I have got the time I
will make a PR for that.
