Hey all,

Brad Fitzpatrick just filed https://github.com/curl/curl/issues/633 in which
he points out that we're still using the "Proxy-Connection" header by default
in proxy connections while RFC 7230 explictly says we shouldn't.

Firefox no longer sends the header. The reason we once had for using it seems
to be to support an ancient squid version that should no longer be used to any
particular extent.

I'd like to remove it. Anyone with a particular affection for this header that
would be upset?
