Hi!

As of right now, I've merged and re-based the http2-multiplex branch over to
the master branch and pushed the 45 commits.

For interested parties: see CURLMOPT_PIPELING[1] to enbable it, and the new
CURLOPT_PIPEWAIT option to tweak behavior somewhat.

With this merge we now also require nghttp2 v1.0+ and we use HTTP/2 final
version; no more draft -14.

My plan is to move forward and bugfix more HTTP/2 multiplexing on the master
branch going forward. Downloaded multiplexing seems to be working, while
uploaded multiplexing is still ned
