Sorry I've been away from my curl duties of late but VC10 has now been
added.

As such an updated "temporary" generate.bat is attached (as a patch) for
anyone wanting to test the project files out with the current repo.

Note: As I use VC10 as my current IDE for curl development these files now
replace my own local project files ;-)
