I pushed the POP3 test a couple of days ago, which identified a memory leak,
and just pushed a bunch of SMTP tests including two OAUTH2 tests.

Please note that I haven't pushed IMAP tests yet, as I have a whole load of
tests here waiting to be pushed - which includes OAUTH2 tests ;-)
