Try cmake build.

Here the example cmake invocation command for VC2010 project generation

c:\work\build\curl>cmake ..\..\github\curl -G"Visual Studio 10 Win64"
-DOPENSSL_ROOT_DIR=C:\dev64.vc2010\openssl
-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=C:\dev64.vc2010\curl

All path used replace with specific for your system.
