[PATCH] test1509: verify proxy header response headers count

As this patch has a diffstat of 30 files changed, 488 insertions(+), 256
deletions(-) I thought I'd better post it here first in case someone has
opinions or objections.
Basically this makes all CONNECT requests sent to a test HTTP server respond
from a <connect> section from the test file instead of relying on a hard-coded
sequnce. Based on that, test 1509 is added to verify commit bc6037ed3ec029b.
Enjoy. I'll push this soonish in the absense of protests.
